We’d be very happy if you came out and learned why our executive is full of long term volunteers.
We get to shape every aspect of the experience our Lazers Families have by working on a wide variety of processes and projects. It’s a board full of professional people who despite their busy schedules see the value of putting together a program that builds not only athletes, but great people as well.

What we do:
Organizing registrations, fall evaluations, choosing coaches, internet stuff, equipment purchasing, and some fun long term projects like building new diamonds, upgrading facilities, and

How we do it:
With massive amounts of mutual respect and team work, mixed in with integrity and honesty. You’re not going to run into a bunch of old failed athletes with axes to grind and running off about how they did it in the old days. We’re just people who care deeply about our children, and want to nurture a Lazers Softball program that our children enjoy and we can be proud of.
