Evaluations for U12->U16 March 11 and 12th

at the Cooperators soccer centre:

• U12 Evaluations - Saturday March 11th 12:30PM-2:45PM
• U14 Evaluations - Sunday March 12th 8:30AM-10:45AM
• U16 Evaluations - Sunday March 12th 10:45AM-12:45AM

An alternate date for those who can't evaluate on the 11th/12th has been set for March 4th, 6:00PM. Please complete the alternate date form( Word version , PDF Version ) and email to lazers@lazers.ca if you can't attend your evaluation time.
